Ships of ASR-UFP-VALHALLA CBC by GhostRider2007 Ships of ASR-UFP-VALHALLA CBC by GhostRider2007
Contruction number- cbcx-200911-ver10-d
Hull type: Battlecruiser, Command (C3C), warship
Class designation: VALHALLA-class
Registery: NCC-987XX

This is version 10 of the VALHALLA-class command battlecruiser.

This would be a area command and control vessel, normally seen with thelargest vessel in the Starfleet Inventory: the REGENCY-class fleet carriers.

This vessel employs a four warp field coil assembly set-up in two enlarged armored nacelles. This is will be apparent once I get the other views done for her.

She is also outfitted with eight fighter launch yubes, located aft and are part of a multi-deck main hanger bay. There dedicated systems for the launch and recovery of the ship's 28 F-39 and A-41 fighters with support launches of the E-14s from the main hanger. Standard shuttle and transport operations take place from the main hanger.

There is a idea that this vessel might end up fitted with dual matter/anti-matter reactor cores (M/AMRC) with expanded anti-matter storage and deuterium tankage.

She's a monster with teeth: multi-layered, multi-phasic coccoon shielding, ablative aromor, triple redundant shield generators, almost 20 type XII phaser strips, fitted with six to eight torpedo launchers, and a multitude of point defense phased laser turrents (ASR has had the point-defense idea longer than JJ Adams has) to provide a multi-layer defense perimeter.

This has been a difficult design to come up with. SFE said that she had to have four nacelles. Originally, I settled on an up-armored, fighter fitted, four nacelle version of the ROMANOV-class, but there were some difficultlies that hampered that design. After that, I worked with several other design concepts before trying this one.

Hopefully this will pass, I can do the lateral and foreviews, and move on to a ASR'd version of the D-10.

Thoughts? Critiques are always welcome.

It's official...the VALHALLA has been accepted and this design is final.

All that is left to do is to create the lateral view!:)

Now this (and the others you have done.) is a ship. Far Superior to cannon ships.

Thanks...as stated this one was the b*tch to do. Took a few ideas that I used on the DILIGENT and came up with her much bigger sister.

Looks to be a hard hitter for sure. No gripes from me. A solid design.
